Payment & Shipping

How we handle payment, production timing, and shipment for your promotional product orders.

Payment Before Production

Payment must be completed before production begins. We will start production after payment has been received, artwork has been approved, and all order details have been confirmed.

Deposit for Large Orders

For orders over USD 5,000, we may offer a 50% deposit before production, with the remaining 50% due before shipment.

Payment Methods

We accept payment by credit card and wire transfer / bank transfer. Credit card payments are subject to a 3% processing fee.

Please note that we currently do not accept checks or letters of credit.

Bank & Handling Fees

Any bank charges, intermediary bank fees, or payment handling fees are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Shipping

Goods will be shipped after production is completed and the required payment has been received. We ship worldwide by express, air freight, and sea freight to your appointed warehouse. We usually use UPS, DHL, and FedEx to ship your order and send you a tracking number once it is available.
