By using this website or placing an order with KestPromo, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All quotations are based on the product specifications, quantity, branding method, packaging requirements, and shipping destination provided by the customer. Prices may change if product requirements, order quantity, exchange rates, raw material costs, or shipping costs change.
Sample costs, customization fees, and shipping fees will be confirmed before sample production. Customized samples may not be refundable once production has started.
Customers are responsible for checking and approving all artwork, logo placement, colors, spelling, and product details before production. Production will begin only after artwork approval and payment confirmation.
Production time and shipping time are estimates and may be affected by holidays, customs clearance, logistics delays, or force majeure events.
For custom products, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a confirmed manufacturing defect or the products do not match the approved specifications. Any quality issues should be reported within a reasonable time after receiving the goods, with photos, videos, and order details.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the legal right to use any logo, trademark, artwork, or design provided to us for customization.
KestPromo is not responsible for indirect losses caused by shipping delays, customs issues, incorrect customer-provided information, or unauthorized use of trademarks.
